Space K Seoul presents “KAWS: FRIENDS AND NEIGHBORS,” the first solo institutional exhibition in Korea by Brooklyn-based artist KAWS (Brian Donnelly), from Jul 23 – Dec 27, 2026. Featuring 20 works, including new large-scale paintings and sculptures, the exhibition explores the complexities of human relationships through the artist's iconic characters. New works depicting the CHUM character in scenes of confrontation reveal the tension between intimacy and conflict, connection and disconnection. Through vibrant colors, familiar imagery, and expressive gestures, KAWS reflects on the emotional challenges of living alongside others in a hyper-connected society.
