“Bildfischen,” a solo exhibition by Eun Nim Ro, is presented at Gana Art Hannam in Seoul from Apr 29 – Jun 2, 2020. Commemorating the 50th anniversary of the artist's departure from Korea and settlement in Germany, the exhibition celebrates her lifelong exploration of nature and the vitality of life. Like an angler patiently waiting for a catch, Ro approaches painting with spontaneity and intuition, capturing the energy of living beings through bold brushstrokes and vivid colors. Her paintings depict familiar subjects such as cats, fish, birds, and flowers, transforming them into expressive forms filled with movement and vitality. Alongside these works, mobile sculptures translate the simplicity of her painted lines into three-dimensional forms, introducing a gentle rhythm into the exhibition space. Drawing on childhood memories of nature and more than five decades of artistic practice, the exhibition invites viewers to experience the joy, freedom, and poetic imagination that define Ro's distinctive artistic world.

노은님 개인전 《그림낚시(Bildfischen)》는 2020년 4월 29일부터 6월 2일까지 서울 가나아트 한남에서 열린다. 이번 전시는 작가가 고국을 떠나 독일에 정착한 지 50주년을 기념하며, 자연과 생명에 대한 깊은 애정을 담아온 그의 작품 세계를 조명한다. 하루의 시작을 그림으로 여는 노은님은 그림이 낚이기를 기다리는 낚시꾼처럼 자유롭고 직관적인 방식으로 생명력 넘치는 화면을 완성한다. 고양이, 물고기, 새, 꽃 등 자연 속 친숙한 존재들은 과감한 필획과 원색에 가까운 다채로운 색채를 통해 역동적이고 생동감 넘치는 모습으로 표현된다. 회화와 함께 선보이는 모빌 조각은 그림 속 간결한 붓질을 입체적인 형태로 확장하며 전시 공간에 부드러운 움직임과 리듬감을 더한다. 이번 전시는 어린 시절 자연 속에서 얻은 경험을 바탕으로 50여 년간 이어온 작가의 예술적 여정을 되돌아보며, 자연과 생명이 지닌 순수한 에너지와 시적인 상상력을 경험하게 한다.
