장욱진의 상설전 《까치를 닮은 화가》는 2026년 3월 17일부터 2027년 3월 14일까지 양주시립장욱진미술관 2층 전시실에서 열린다. 이번 전시는 작가의 작품에 반복적으로 등장하는 까치를 중심으로 관계의 미학과 삶을 바라보는 태도를 조명한다. 전통적으로 길조로 여겨지는 까치는 장욱진의 화면 속에서 단순한 상징을 넘어 나무와 가족, 주변의 사물들과 조화를 이루며 화면의 균형을 지키는 존재로 나타난다. 까치를 주제로 한 회화와 드로잉 등 30여 점의 작품을 통해 크고 작은 대상에 차별 없이 시선을 두었던 작가의 세계관과 일상의 소중함을 되새긴다.
