Park Seo-Bo's major retrospective “Changing Unchanging” is presented at Kukje Gallery in Seoul from Aug 24 – Oct 18, 2026. Commemorating the third anniversary of the artist's passing, the exhibition brings together 40 works across the K1, K3, and Hanok spaces, tracing over five decades of his artistic evolution. From the early Pencil Ecriture and Zigzag Ecriture series to the vibrant Color Ecriture and his final Newspaper Ecriture works, the exhibition explores Park's continuous pursuit of transformation through repetition, materiality, and self-emptying. It highlights his enduring inquiry into the essence of painting and the philosophy of change that shaped his artistic practice.
