Kim Pan Ki’s invitational exhibition “Moon Jar Shaped by Time” is presented at Sejong Museum Gallery 2 from Jun 18 – Jun 29, 2025. Bringing together the restrained beauty of traditional white porcelain with a contemporary ceramic sensibility, the exhibition presents approximately 40 ceramic works, including moon jars. Through the traditional technique of joining two hemispheres and finishing with a clear glaze, the artist reveals the clay’s natural tone and texture—pursuing a balanced harmony with nature through simplicity, restraint, and the subtlety of curves.

《시간을 빚은 달항아리 – 김판기 기획초대전》은 세종대학교 세종뮤지엄갤러리 2관에서 2025년 6월 18일부터 6월 29일까지 진행된다. 이번 전시는 전통 백자의 절제된 아름다움과 현대 도자의 감각을 아우르는 지강(之江) 김판기 명장의 도자 작품 40여 점을 달항아리를 중심으로 선보인다. 전통 기법인 ‘업다지기’로 상하 반구를 연결하고 투명 유약을 입혀 흙 본연의 색감과 질감을 살린 달항아리는 화려함보다 단백함과 절제미, 곡선의 섬세함으로 자연과 조화된 균형을 지향하며, 시각을 넘어서는 정서적 깊이를 경험하게 한다.
