SOHEONContemporary presents Heo Wook’s solo exhibition “Cheomcheom (添添, Between) 2015 — Between Boundaries” from Jun 4 – Jul 30, 2015. Through repeated processes of deconstruction and reconstruction using planes and lines, the artist explores the shifting relationship between an “architectural painting object” and a “painterly architectural object.” The new works highlight a rough, cement-like grey ground where the canvas texture remains visible, while increasingly refined partitions and circular, curved boundaries create dense, pixel-like compositions. The exhibition opens on Jun 4, 2015 (3–6pm); Saturday visits are by phone reservation and the space is closed on Sundays.

소헌컨템포러리에서 허욱 개인전 《첨첨(添添, Between) 2015 - 경계와 경계사이》는 2015년 6월 4일부터 7월 30일까지 진행된다. 면과 선으로 화면을 분할하고 해체·재구성하는 반복 과정 속에서 ‘건축적인 회화 오브제’와 ‘회화적인 건축 오브제’ 사이의 경계를 탐색하는 신작을 선보인다. 회색빛 시멘트를 닮은 거친 화면 바탕과 캔버스 결이 드러난 질감, 그리고 더 작고 정교해진 구성 요소들이 원과 곡선의 경계로 이어지며 ‘첨첨’해진 화면을 만든다. 오프닝은 2015년 6월 4일 3–6pm에 진행되며, 토요일은 전화 예약 관람, 일요일은 휴관이다.
