정재철 개인전 《추상에 GO하다》는 2021년 6월 11일부터 7월 7일까지 갤러리 초이에서 열린다. 인물을 기반으로 한 추상 회화를 통해 작가는 인간관계와 감정의 모순을 화면 위에서 분해하고 재구성한다. 반복적인 붓질과 물감의 축적 과정 속에서 형상은 무너지고 다시 생성되며, 그 순간 회화는 재현을 넘어 물질과 정신을 잇는 매개체가 된다. 이번 전시에서는 회화 작업과 함께 얼굴의 분해 과정을 렌티큘러로 표현한 작품도 함께 소개된다.
