A retrospective exhibition on architect Itami Jun is presented at Gyeongju Solgeo Art Museum from Jul 12 – Aug 12, 2025. Co-organized with the ITAMI JUN Architecture & Culture Foundation and the Itami Jun Museum, the exhibition revisits more than four decades of his architectural world—an approach grounded in listening to the “voice of the land” and pursuing balance and recovery through human warmth and the wildness of nature. Through key works introduced across three themes, visitors are invited to reflect on how place, history, and cultural context are distilled into architecture.

건축가 이타미 준의 회고전은 경주엑스포 솔거미술관에서 2025년 7월 12일부터 8월 12일까지 진행된다. 경주의 랜드마크로 자리한 ‘경주타워’의 저작권자인 이타미 준의 40여 년 건축 세계를 조명하며, 화려한 현대건축 대신 인간의 온기와 자연의 야성미가 공존하는 ‘균형과 회복’의 건축을 소개한다. 지역의 풍토와 경치, 역사와 문화의 문맥 속에서 본질을 길어 올리려 한 그의 사유를 세 가지 테마로 만나며, 오늘 우리가 이어가야 할 이야기들을 함께 되짚는다.
